Rust free 1990 Cadillac Brougham with factory wire wheels and Doeskin leather interior. This car was bought new from Neill Lehr Cadillac in Northridge CA. and moved to Phoenix Az. by 1993 where it was maintained by Lund Cadillac. The original owner left it to his son. He parked it for a few years and then had everything on the car that wasn’t up to snuff replaced. Then he traded it in to a Nissan dealer which is where my father in law found it on the showroom floor 3 years ago when he was looking for a new minivan. He got his minivan and also came home with the Cadillac he always wanted back in the day. After about a year and only putting about 100 miles on it, he gave to my wife and I for Christmas 2 years ago. I went to Phoenix and drove back to St. Louis without a problem. This car runs great and just eats up the road in a quiet, smooth comfortable way that today’s cars seem to have lost. The car is completely rust free. Still has some parts underneath that are bare metal from spending a life in the desert. The weatherstripping is soft and crack free. The original paint still shines and looks excellent. There are a couple of chips but you have to look hard to find them. The interior is in excellent condition except for one little tear on the drivers arm rest.(see photos) Under the hood is beautiful. The trunk is like new. Everything works except the power antenna which has to be raised and lowered by hand. I just gave it a fresh tuneup as well changed the transmission fluid and filter. It has new tires, new air conditioning compressor and system, all new brakes including rotors and calipers, new starter, new battery, fresh coolant, thermostat and flushed heater core. New mandrel bent exhaust with high flow converter. While working on the car I noticed the valve covers say “ GM remanufactured Olds 307”. I then found a tag on the side of the motor stating the motor was installed in 1996. I do not know how many miles are on the motor only that it did not use any oil on the 1500 mile trip from Phoenix. This Cadillac has 122,000 miles on it. When you couple that with the way it runs and drives and the condition it’s obvious that it was loved and well cared for.
